A couple of questions.  First, does anyone have any experience with these Long Hunter Rodeos?  Second, does the coil main spring and the coil trigger/bolt spring make that much of a difference over standard springs with todays metallurgy?

Doc,  I dont have personal experience with the coil springs, but from what I have read here and on the SASS website they do last longer than flat springs.  Personally,  I will stay with the period correct springs in my guns.  Heck if I wanted a more modern made SAA I would just buy a Ruger.

I feel the same way.  I just was curious to see if anyone with experience with both types really found much of a difference.
