Person who can't stop purchasing guns, eventhough he has enough to supply all of his friends and family in the event of WWIII.
"I was on the road to recovery   :-\  ...not !

HI ! "  I'm Major and I'm a  gunoholic "

I was on the road to recovery, but a detour to the LGS yesterday disrupted almost 11 days cold turkey .... :)

I tried Vaccination.  Didn't work.  In fact I had an adverse reaction to the Vaccine.  I was forced to treat the adverse reaction with a new treatment.  That entailed a new Pietta.  I've given up on those Faux medical miracle claims.

Soon as I start suffers the sweats and shakes I immediately hustle to my LGS.  Works every time.

There's hope for all of us! I have found that being on a small fixed income has mostly cured my addiction. So as a sevice to those still suffering I will except all your excess money to hold for you. At any time you feel the need for a gun fix you may petition me and a detrimation will be forthcoming. It?s a heavy load to bear and I don't take this responsible lightly so send cash only promptly. I will get set up with a PO box in a nearby town for the safe handling of funds.

I've found that going to the local "toy store" to look does not help.

Question: "How many guns do you own?"

Answer: "More than I need, not all that I want."

How come no one asks Jay Leno how many cars he owns?

Hello, my name is Baltimore Ed and I am a gunoholic. I?ve been ?sober? for 12 days but next week I?ll pick up what I bought the last time I fell off the wagon [a Stevens 520] and hopefully pick up what I bought when I fell off the wagon before then [a Martini Cadet]. I will make the Stevens 520 into a cool trenchgun. But is there a real difference between a habit or a hobby? One sounds negative while the other doesn?t. Both certainly cost money and can have a detrimental or positive impact on one?s life.

In the guitar world they call it "GAS", or Guitar Accumulation Syndrome. The "G" can easily be changed into "Gun" and it fits our world too.

You've got GAS! (smile)

They Did.

He won't tell.
He wants you to watch his show and count :-)

but he did admit that he owns a stationary Steam Engine AND has a licensed Steam Engineer...

Just like no one complains about alcohol or smokes. It?s not a problem until you get ?sick?, then it?s not your fault because you?re ?sick?. Never mind that alcoholism or the lung or heart problems were self inflicted it?s still not you fault.

I too am now(for  the time being) a happy Gunholic. Box from Palmetto State Armory arrived today, my already completed lower now has an upper, now I just need a way to aim it. Just got a Leupold 3-9 scope last week on sale at the LGS, but that's for my Browning .308, not for a 16" AR Carbine.

O only wish I contribute.  I can't.  Withdrawal.  It's horrible.  Most of the day all fetal and in pain.  No real relief.  Withdrawal really sucks.  I do have several projects.  Projects on hold, "down .. awaiting .. parts."  Now hoping for the Mail.  Or UPS.  Or FedEx.  Anybody with a bag of parts.  Someone with a Handi .45 Colt or 44 Mangelem barrel??  OOOoooooo ..... fading fast ..........

Nothing major to report, but yesterday the Big Brown Truck brought me a wonderful little "Nitro Express Shipping" box full of various loading dies and some bullets, and now I'm awaiting some Fleabay items, among them a more appropriate scope for the AR, and a sling also.
