I'm lucky enough to hunt with several 1876 Winchesters in all four calibers . When I think the shooting may be far like in the next few days my Trans-Pecos Desert Mule Deer hunt . I grab my Favorite of all , My Medicine gun . I have taken lots of game with it and have never had it fail me . An old well used 3rd Model 1876 Winchester 45-75 WCF . The load I use is a bullet cast in Winchester mould over 72 Gr. Swiss ff2 bp. Winchester cap in a Jamison brass , all put together in a Winchester tong tool . My Medicine Gun .,,,,,DT
