Bit the bullet and bought a Schofield.

A while back I finally purchased another Schofield. I bought one way back when the first came out but had a brain fart and sold it. I don't think they were ever originally case colored and blued in this fashion but I sort of liked it. It is a Taylor and not a Cimarron.

A man's true measure is found not in what he says but in what he does.

Nice!  Uberti also makes a '58 Remington with charcoal blue and case colored frame.  Also not an authentic finish, but dang they look good!

I like that version.

I really like guns like the Frisco but just wish their charcoal blue was actually charcoal blue.
