As of today, July 24, 2021, the Dept of the Platte 2021 is cancelled.

......any specific reason for the cancellation. Covid? Not enough registrations? Gas prices may cause some to limit travel. A cousin of mine that is a heavy in 1812 reenacting commented last year. We may be seeing the end of large events that require or draw attendees from the whole country.

I'm really sorry to hear that.

I have wanted to come back ever since the first one I came to there. The last week before school starts is just a bad time for me.

Was just not in the cards to travel this year, hopefully next year will get us to both Nebraska and CO for musters
