Wow, at first glance I thought that was an air rifle, but what I ASSUMED was the pump, was the bayonet.

The planets must have aligned, I bit and it should be here Wed or Thurs.  It should feel real comfortable with the pre-1900 stuff in the safe.  And, of course there is no ammo available for a Carcano here in No Illinois.  Liberty Tree, yes!!  Got to quit this Class 3 license, gets me in too much trouble...

If I wasn't at the Southern end of IL I would set you up with some 6.5. Fun little rifles.

Graf's has brass for it, dies are readily available. Graf's probably had Privi ammo too, haven't checked. And shipping it to Ill??? Don't know the rules on that. Clips are available on E-bay, you need some to make it a repeater. There's one guy selling repro clips, I haven't tried them yet. for full power type loads, check over on Surplusrifleforum or Gunboards for posts from RapidRob, He's been doing some long range work with good results with his. The one I got from PSA really impresses me-all complete and in good shape, not even very dirty, absolutely no cosmoline on it. Lot of small dents on the stock, but then they had them stacked like cordwood in their "warehouse" in Ethiopia. I haven't even had time to clean it up yet, been to busy with home projects.

The Cracker rifle arrived today.  It will not win any contests for looks, however everything is where it is supposed to be.  Bayonet is very interesting...
