Rear Sit for a Pedersoli Scout?
« on: February 18, 2012, 03:28:51 PM »
Hi,

Although nominally approved for Plainsmen shoots, my Pedersoli Scout does have an adjustable ramped, '1873 Winchester' type of rear site ...

The suggestion has been made that I find a non-adjustable rear site.

I would like to find an non-adjustable (preferably buckhorn style) site to make my little rifle more appropriate? It would be nice if it fit a Pedersoli Scout without a lot of filing and fitting...

I am guessing that someone on this forum has run into this already and may have a source ....

TTFN & Thanks In Advance!

My moniker is my great grandfather's name. He served with the 2nd Florida Mounted Regiment in the Civil War. Afterward, he came home, packed his wife into a wagon, and was one of the first NorteAmericanos on the Frio River southwest of San Antonio ..... Kinda where present day Dilley is ...
