Heading in to open the U-See-Um today, I opted to cover Christmas Eve & Boxing Day, we are closed Christmas Day.
I don't expect much traffic, so I hope to get some accessioning done in Past Perfect...

Good afternoon, I was awoken early this morning(3:15) by the sound of plows going past my house. We got a little over an inch of the evil white stuff, Not enough to clear with machinery, but too much for shoveling,Supposed to get up in mid 40's so I'll let that do the work for me.the folks who wanted a white Christmas(eve) got their wish. I can live with that.Y'all have a very merry Christmas with family and friends.

Same to everyone, got her home about 3 pm, long story, but the got the Rx for the pain pills to the phara just before they closed.  Nursing home/rehab center contract Drs tend to suck, brought back memories of 2 years ago when the one at where we were decided to cut mine down, despite the heart Drs orders, an ambulance trip (my daughter called) to the ER and a on call coming out solved the problem, would have loved to have tapped that line.   Rant over, we're all home safe and I'm feeling a bit better.

Plans dashed  :(  My daughter & her fella were exposed to the dreaded WooHoo BooHoo, though both have tested negative,
a second test is required in a day or so.
They will still drop by, but will not come in, my wife made them a platter (she had been working hard on the menu)
I'm glad they are negative, and hope the second test confirms it, but saddened we can't enjoy Christmas together.

As the Israelis say "The cup is poured, but not yet drunk. Yet the cup of hope is poured every year."

#1 daughter was an extra on the series "Ozark", which just ended. She helped sell off the wardrobe for the production company. She bought some items at a high discount for birthday presents. The boys, Brooks brothers, now have Brooks Brothers ties.  ;D
