All of this is very enlightening ,, but also sad,," can't afford " to buy one of each to see which one I will like the best,,, so many gun's soooo little money ( sigh ). Of course I'll have to buy used ,, new is not affordable ,, I do like the looks of both models . A older 66 that is hard to get parts for won't be a problem ,long as the bore is good ,, a lot of folks " here " been there done that ( my back-up plan ). Since I'm already set-up for .429 ,, for both my 92 and my 1875 outlaw ,, should I be looking for the older models ?
