Well even though I didn't sip, I fully examined that Ioway corn at the muster and will say it's first rate, 25 years ago I would have gave it the full test.

As always, anyone who can make it to Omaha by sundown, Wednesday, June 22nd, I'll put you up in my Road Ranch and we can caravan, or double/triple up, on the trek into Sargent the following day. Includes feeding you dinner and breakfast.

If flying into Omaha, I'll pick you up and drop you off at Epply Airport as needed..

Never developed the habit .... though I have sampled a Dram or two socially...
I've been in my cup  a time or twice  in my dunderhead, formative youth, Never to that extent again .

You know, one of the things I look for to eat in Nebrasky is some good ole roasted sweet corn, roasted in the husk.  Just sayin, Delmonico.

We're a bit early up here for that, other wise it's just shipped in anyway, I'll see what I can find next year, depends on the weather.   I want to get some beets in early enough for red flannel hash, the weather bit us 2 years in a row now.  (Dale said he'd try also).
