. . . SASS prohibited mention of or links to other boards on the SASS Wire? Did that prohibition include CAS City?

As the granddaddy of CAS shootin, I kin unnerstand their desire to stay head of the class. I also remember that TFS waz initiated in response to bannings and censorship on the SASS Wire.

It seems a shame that the grandaddy feels the need to be exclusive. Thar's lossa good folk 'n' valuable information on the other CAS-shootin Web sites 'n' SASS is missin the boat. ('Course that ain't nuthin new  ::) )

I don't know that I've seen a reference or link to CAS City removed from the SASS wire.  Doesn't mean it hasn't happened, but..

And, CAS City predates the SASS wire, I do believe.

You are right Hext, Cas City was the very first internet cowboy shooting site. I still get cas-l, the Marshal has been around for a good while and has done a great job for cowboy shooters.

I don't think there's any real prohibition against mentioning other CAS forums on the SASS Wire. You just can't mention TFS.
