Large Pistol Primers

Does any one have a source for primers?  I had one box when I started reloading.     I shoul have planned better.

Found some on GB and went ahead and paid scalper's price. At least this will get me through 2021

Powder has not been to difficult ...Saw & bought a Jar of Trail Boss & several jars of Titegroup , and price was fair and in line.

Primers are unobtanium around here & I can't bring myself to bid into the frenzy on GB  ........ yet

I am not some conspiracy theorist and I apologize if you took my comment this way. I am just curious as to why there seems to be a huge shortage of primers

Because ammo factories are working a maximum capacity because of the ammo shortage. Report I heard was nearly all of the primers being made are going into factory ammo so that leaves very little to get shipped out for reloading supplies.

As a former major supplier, Remington is now out of the ammunition and component supply chain also.

One of local gun shops I regularly visit was out of Large Pistol Primers and then about a week ago they got some in. So it appears they are trickling in.
