We need to encourage our Pards at the Spot to visit here every day. Some seem to think they are being disloyal if they post on more than one forum.

Marshal Halloway and I go back a long ways and I consider him a good friend. Years ago he asked me to moderate the NCOWS page of the earlier cas city. When that site went down and then The Frontier Spot came along and I found myself moderating the NCOWS page on it along with Manatee. I asked both Marshal Halloway and ElCajon if they had problems with my being on both forums, neither did.

Big Hext moderates on both forums and does a fine job. There just isn't any competition between the 2 sites. I realize that some in SASS feel it's disloyal to post on other sites but that is their problem.

Let's try to get more people on this the oldest CAS Internet site.

Ok, I bin gone a day 'r three at Ambush on the Prairie. And today I bin werkin on my ancient Dodge, puttin a new Slant Six in her battered old carcass. But I'm free fer a bit now.

I too spend time at other boards, no big deal I reckon, and I find that moderatin' this room is about the easiest chore I've ever taken on! Darksiders are, as a general rule, purdy nice folks and don' really need moderatin to any extent.

"Ambush" wuz a HOOT this year! I wuz the only Darksider on my posse and had a blast (pun intended) smokin' up the stages and makin' the rest of the posse choke 'n hack fer over half of each stage! Weather wuz purfect fer Darksidin', no breeze 'n jist the right amount of humidity to make the smoke hang there fer a looonnngg time

!!!! Got to posse up wif Coyote Cap, Wrangler Rich, Bent Coffin, Dog Ear Dan, Calamity Judy, n a bunch of fun pards. Spent more time laughin than I have inna a long time!

The long and short of it it........I bin havin fun shootin'! And THAT is a good thing! Even went up the hill and took a nap under Old Glory fer a while after the match was over. Woke up and thought I'd spilled througha crack in time!

I don't feel disloyal posting on different CAS boards. The more boards I post on, the more people I get to know.

Howdy. Well I'm back after a 12 day vacation -- first in five years and it was GREAT!! Traveled 4,000 miles but loved every mile of it and saw lots and lots of the great Southwest (including old Tombstone). Good to be home and have CAS City back also.
