That’s what I was figuring.  I’ve read a few places that makers are using foam sheets (1/16” foam) to test…I just picked some up so I’ll try that to test before cutting leathers.

Several years ago I made a holster for a 4.75 New Vaquero. I started with my SAA pattern but "eased" it a bit.
