Gripmaker Grips
« on: December 06, 2016, 05:42:21 PM »
Wasn't for sure where to post this thought I'd try here. Has anyone bought grips from gripmaker.com. I would like to know how close to real ivory do they look and feel, and how well do they hold up. I really like the looks of some of his sculpted grips but can't really get details from the photos on his web sight.

Well, he is very personable fellow and his grips are quite good.
They are as good as any Faux grips ( polymer ),   in or at the same price point...
I have used his grips and they age to somewhat yellowed ...
what they aren't,  is real ivory , nor will you pay $800 and be breaking any laws...

Buy with confidence, Gripmaker, aka Larry Little is a stand up guy and well liked on this BB  :)
when planets align...do the deal !

I've bought a couple sets  and am well pleased with them.  I do suggest that you get a practice blank to get the fitting right as it is easy to remove too much material when fitting.
