I have a Carrico FWC belt, type "B" with the canvas loops, set up for .50-70.  A truly excellent item.

My New Uberti Schofield arrived yesterday at the gun shop where I work part time.
I already have a canvas/leather Model 1876 prairie belt, with a three hook type Eagle belt plate added to it, but I really like the Fairweather Christian belts more.  Today I got ahold of David Carrico and ordered one of his Fairweather Christian belts with an 1874 "US" belt plate and canvas cartridge loops.  I have had his gear before, and really love his work.

I already have an 1881 holster I used for my 1872 Open Top when I use my Prairie belt.  I much prefer the half flaps to the earlier full flap 1872 holsters.

Thank you gentlemen for the helpful suggestions. My difficulties were solved after a visit to a pawnshop. I was scrounging through some unmarked plastic boxes and sourced two large primer pocket reamers, one only does width and one for depth (adjustable). Also found a flash hole reamer. These vintage tools make the task much easier. The Magtech brass flash holes were too small to use the decapper pin, so the flash hole reamer makes the holes uniform and just the right size. So for the $15 investment I ramped up production, about 140 12 and 16 gauge are completed, though there are about 50 more to finish.

Morning y'all.
Coffee and iced tea are ready.

'Tis 72 and sunny. "Partly cloudy in the morning then clearing. Areas of fog in the morning. Isolated showers in the morning. Highs in the middle 80s. Northwest wind 10 to 15 mph."

I've known David 35 years or so , bought lots of his Cavalry tack back in my mounted Cavalry reenactment days.
 I have some of his holsters,  all first rate equipment.

Not me shooting. ::) ;D
I think I know him.  ::)

My friend, who I reload for, scored us 1000 LR primers and 1000 SP primers. That should keep us shooting for a little while.
