I have an 1860 Henry with the set screw in the carrier block and an 1866 with the Smith Shop modified carrier block.  I use them for Civil War reenacting and Cowboy reenacting, respectively.  I have modified a bunch of Henrys with the set screw for fellow CW reenactors, the 1866 I did just for myself.  Both in 44-40.

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a handsome, and well preserved body; but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out and loudly proclaiming...."WOW!... What a ride!"
