I full realize advertising is what keeps the ball rolling.  However, this latest participant is a "Bridge Too Far."  This stupid recurring banner add from HU Entertainment News is just WAY TOO MUCH!!  It keeps popping up and popping up and popping up and popping > > > > > > and it blocks topics and we have to stop and delete it Over and Over and Over and Over > > > >   Yes.  It's specifically designed to do that but it is just too dam'd ANNOYING!!!

Not coming from CASCITY. I suggest you get a good ad blocker. I have "AdBlock Plus" it is a free one. Try that.

Many thanks.  Yep.  I do in fact run Safari and I was completely unaware of the switch to Intel Chips opening the door to nuisance problems.  Will exercise more caution in the future.

The quest for "Speed" is not necessarily an improvement.  Especially since those increases in "speed" are usually invisible to the end user.  Burma Shave
