Had t'storms last night.

'Tis 40 and overcast. "Mostly cloudy. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms in the morning...then a chance of thunderstorms in the afternoon. Highs around 60. East wind 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 50 percent."

Afternoon Y'all,Just got back from the Sawbones office.They wanted to try "Pain management" shots in my lower back to see if it helps.The numbing stuff they injected is still doing it's job,said tomorrow I'll have some pain in the area and should get better from then.Guess time will tell.Y'all have a good one,I'm going to relax like the Doc told me to.

Major, Take it easy today and do not over do it. Back problems are hard to keep in check, even with surgery. You take it one day at a time.

92 out there, I'm plugging away in the yard, getting in shape for cooking this summer, yes I'm well hydrated and got the 'lector-lights where they should be, gonna need a shower tonight.   ::)

TLD,Thanks,I've been dealing with a bad back since 1996 I know all too well how easy it is to aggravate it.I'm following the Docs rules to the letter.Just hoping the pain level goes down a couple notches.

I have a herniated disc in my lower back that bothers me all the time.  Back surgery is my last option. I also have a pinched nerve in my right that affects my walking after I have sat for any length of time. I have use a cane at times.

Spent the morning raking mulch around the trees out front, then did a Home Depot run for supplies for the water softener. Had Lasagna for dinner.

The Cawfee and the Hot water are ready for drinking. Enjoy!  We are supposed to have an 80 per cent chance of rain today. The yards could sure use it. It is still dark outside and the girls are still sleeping in the back.  The first cup went fast, I am still sleepy.
