Afternoon all.

Happy Independence Day to you all. Enjoy some fireworks and freedom for me.

My Independence Day did not involve much. I did some group PT for “morale,” and then did normal work.

We've reach and past the mid-point of 2022, just 176 shopping days to Xmas.

I'll bet my recent PT and yours are not the same, a couple times I sat in a shower chair and showed them I could get dressed and undressed or rather I guess that was OT aka Occupational Therapy, first time I told them I didn't want a job. ::)

Got the Dave Stamey on the Pandora thing, must be MT.

Not to be confused with the MTA which would also be MT. ::)

Rain and mid 80's the next two day, working on my desk and the area about it, wife is supposed to be back in a couple hours and we'll go to the gym, we'll see what happens if it happens, got stuff to do.  Se said she' help some more around her tomorrow. An hour or so a day and you can see it getting better.  Got a chair I bought almost 3 years ago I want to finish.

Did really good at gym yesterday, sore today, got leftovers and a good book gonna take it easy, will get an hour or to of working on the house, may just work around my desk though, got under it and go everything out and mostly sorted, top has room to type and for a drink and plate.

Was going through papers, if you want to see what was wrong.

They told about me peeing on the floor and the one time the bed.
