Well not right this minute, but I am fixin to purchase 40 acres in SW Colorado. Hopefully by March we will be retired and in a setting more suitable than my current domicile which seems to have turned into a hurricane magnet.

Same here; you've earned it.  Time to take in some sunsets, dance with your sweetheart whenever you feel like it, and sip some good coffee on a cool morning knowing that even though it might be the beginiing of the day, it's not the highlight by far.
Least that's the way I see it!  Hope you've got some huntin' and fishin' on or near your 40 acres.

SFT, Finest kind trout fishing about a mile away in the Dolores River. BLM land and National Forest property just a stones throw and I shouild be able to spot the occasional elk from the front porch.
