Slim thank you for Coffee.

Bad weather through out the region last night at least 5 casualties in Mississippi.  We had a diluge of rain here and winds up to 30mph

Major2 your .25 ejects, thru port on right?  I have 2 here both the Barrel tips up and ejects. You must also chamber first round manually. Both would be useless in a real gunfight. But if you were held down and could get to it. You could change a man?s religion with it.

Yes , ejects thru a port on right, however the barrel is fixed one piece to the frame does not tip like the Beretta 25.
It holds 7 in the Mag and one in the tube.

not quite "useless "- Could you change a man's religion with it ?  maybe if in few days he realizes he's shot and gets PISSED !

Yes the Berette and the Tarus both tip up- no slide action about them.
They say never take a knife to a gun fight. I think i?d rather depend on a good blade than one of the .25?s however they are both fun to shoot. Ten to 15 feet maximum

Evening all.

Rainy day in Billings. That's really all there is to say about the weather.

Went to a gun show today. Intentionally left all my money at home. There were some nice guns there, but naturally all overpriced.  But I think I may have convinced my uninterested-in- shooting girlfriend to give a 22 a try.  Who knows, maybe for Christmas I'll get her a pistol.  ::)

One convert at a time  :)

No gun show weekend for me, but I did happen to see a numbered 1917 Erfurt Luger Magizine in mint cond.
It is 1503 (later) off matching the number on my gun  :(  the guy is mighty attached to it thought....$$$.00.
I have one original mag. #ed to my gun, and range mag. The Original's wood base however is cracked so I don't use it.
It would be nice to have another original  :-\ but at near 6X's the cost of a new made range mag. guess not !

Hope everyone made it through yesterday?s and last nights very bad weather. Storm came through 3;00 am and woke me up. My generator came on at some time, still on this morning. We?ve got no other damage. Prayers for those that didn't fare as well. Third cup.

That is exactly right.. one of these was what my dad carried in his jacket pocket.  The other was given to me not sure it works properly.

What if they're wagon wheels?

Cloudy day today. Probably not flying, but you never know.

Dell,  I thought that "Meals on Wheels" was what chuck wagon cookin' was all about? ??? ::)

Congrats on the retirement!  There might be a a quicker loss of "Day of the Week" with you both retired at the same time.  At least I had 2 years of my wife still working to anchor when the weekends were.   ;D

Morning y'all.
Coffee and tea are hot.

'Tis 37 and sprinkling. "Cloudy with a chance of showers in the morning  then partly sunny in the afternoon. Highs around 60. Northeast wind 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 50 percent."

Fact it was do good I'm making s second batch.

Got told in my cooking group  how good fermented foods are for you.  Explained I, make it cause I  like it, not cause it's a fad.  ::)
