I've had very good luck with a variety of companies repairing or replacing broken or bad stuff over the years. I've mailed scopes to Bushnell, Redfield, and weaver for replacement or repair. Mailed burnt peanuts to lance and got a whole variety box of nabs back. Mailed my 1892 src Rossi to interarms in VA and got a new 92 back. I'm sure there's others. I tend to be a squeaky wheel and don't mind complaining. I think it's getting worse in the older version of me.

I haven't shot the screen of my chrony, yet. But, I did shoot a rod that holds the "sky-screen".  ::)
