Spent 5 hours in the ER yesterday, couldn't hold fluid down again, got me pain meds and anti nausea, plus a bag of saline. Could eat when I got home, got appointment with GP tomorrow and will get a surgeon arranged ASP as far as I am concerned.
A lot of progress in the last 15 years, have not dealt with one Dr that pretends like adhesions don't exist, they admit most the old SOBs have retired and the new ones being human is part of the teaching.
Also anti nausea med has improved, see in severe cases what do you do if nothing will stay down, medicine comes up before it works. new ones are tiny and dissolve in the mouth like a Nitro tablet. Bad thing, no more "I might as well stick them up my butt for all the good they do" jokes.

Have caught 2 pharma folks that way, hilarious when they realize you are kidding.
Oh and just so everyone knows although this is a bother, it is not dangerous thanks to modern medicine.
