Here is my latest completed project for the Museum,

I have been adding to the Spanish America War Exhibit, items are hard to come by.

The first photo is one of Teddy Roosevelt's SAA held at Sagamore Hill National Historic Site .
Having no idea its value "priceless comes to mind, and knowing full well its historical importance,
I set upon having a replica in our SAW exhibit.

Here then is my version on display.
The donor pistol is an old Armi Jager circa 1972 [ XXVll ]
worn and generally a rough old cob action wise.

Defarbed of 'Armi Jager' markings, finish antiqued, and faux ivory's in a similar display setting.
Granted my phone's photo thru glass, is not as clear as the professional quality photo of the original.
Believe it or not the Jager is also engraved.

Greetings all.

40 degrees in Missoula this morning. Supposed to stay above freezing for a couple more days, then go back to snow by the end of the week.

Got a trailer brake controller installed in the Mrs’ truck yesterday. Tested it out on our horse trailer and it worked fine.

Evening Y'all, well, we got about 5 inches of the evil white stuff yesterday,I fired up the S**wblower to clear the driveway and got the end by the road don and maybe 3 swipes up the rest and the impeller jammed up and wouldn't turn. My neighbor(Very nice guy) saw that I didn't finish it and called to see if I wanted to use his spare machine to finish it off,I thanked him and said I would be over after I was done making dinner.About 5 minutes later I hear something and look out and there he is finishing my driveway for me.You really have to appreciate that there are still people like that around.

Got up to 63 here today, still 52 at 10pm. Supposed to be really nice the next couple of days, so hoping to get some reloading done since I have a part replaced on the old 550. Cannot say enough good stuff about Dillon's Customer Service.

Good day today as our G'niece had a Science Fair and we went. Nice bunch of kids and our girl really did a good job, had built a xylophone out of pvc pipe and used flyswatters covered with foam to play it! Tomorrow is supposed to be gorgeous, taking the Missus to a nice lunch, Saturday is her birthday. Have a good one Pards.

It’s a balmy 34 degrees this morning in the Rockies. The Sons of the Pioneers sang a song about Springtime in the Rockies, and I think it might be time to start playing it.

Had snow flakes as big as corn flakes last night but it stayed above 40 so it didn't stick.
