Fair winds to a fellow veteran,
the sign of a truly great person, is that they'll be missed.

Day is done,
gone the sun,
from the lakes from the hills from the sky,
all is well, safely, rest, God is near.

Fading light,
Dims the sight,
And a star gems the sky Gleaming bright,
From afar,
Drawing,
near,
Falls the night.

Thanks and praise,
For our days,
Neath the sun Neath the stars Neath the sky,
As we go,
This,
we,
know,
God is near.
At 25, you need to follow dreams or you'll regret it later.

Evening All,

I cannot beleive that it has been almost three years since we lost Annie.  She was definatly one of the stellar member of this agust group, called me to task several times with PM's, where we did not always agree she always had some good points to ponder.  Her humor and wit were always on target and if she thought that you were having a bad day there was always a note to ask if all was OK.  I miss her every time I log on to this forum.  Goodby Miss Annie, may we meet again a Fiddlers Green where I will meet you in person and enjoy a livelly discussion.

Yep.  In the short time that I knew her, she became a special friend.

She was indeed concerned if a person was having a bad day and would do whatever she could to improve it.

As Top said I can not believe the time that has passed. Recently I returned to the Kumbuya Part Deaux. That was a thread that still is hard to follow....and Miz. Lee was a major contributor.

We still miss you Miz. Lee, Top said it well, I concur.

I opened this, but since I'm at work I shouldn't have.  I miss her so much, Rita used to joke about me talking to my girlfriend.  all the time.  She was a special person.

She used to talk about you too Del at some of the shoots I would see her at.  She seemed to really enjoy your conversations.

First time she called me was at work, she needed help with her dutch oven.  I was real busy with customers but told her to call me after work on my cell and I'd make time to help her.  Was in the kitchen cooking and Rita came home and asked who I was talking to, told her "my girlfriend."  Annie like te fact she had no need to worry about Rita being jelous of me talking to another women.

It never worked out, but she wanted to meet Rita sometime.

I know she was very special person to Del. He had some jars of jelly that she had made and we sampled them at the Muster awards dinner the last night we were there.

TLD,
After AnnieLee passed, her sister gave me boxes of that jelly - as well as some soap she made.  I distributed it as best I could.  There were also some un-sent Christmas gift boxes of the same items which I tried to send out.  In Del's box was also some mustache wax!

Thank Sodbuster for sending it to me.  It got shared with most of her friends out here in Newbrassky.  El Ka Bong is in my work room.
