Evening all.

Rainy day here on Shappard AFB. I had my first official day of tech school. We climbed in a c130 wing, and had a lesson on FOD.  Also, as the most senior student in the class ( I'm an E-3), I was appointed "Class Leader," which is basically just the guy in the back shushing everyone. I also March the flight to and from lunch. So there's that.

There goes my plans for the weekend.

I forgot to mention that I'm also the FOD monitor for the class. I have to make sure everyone is free of potential FOD items before going to work on the plane.

Today was a lazy day. I slept in, then talked to various relations on the phone for most of the day. I also dropped off a shirt to get tailored, and bought a sweater.

The colleges are closed for the next couple weeks. The schools are closed for a few.
Church services are being held, but it might be a thin crowd. Sunday school is canceled though. I'll be on security team both services.

Schools here were starting Spring break this week. They maybe extended. Church is still on, however I understand a couple larger ones are streaming their service on line. Facebook I believe.
Suzanne works a t a store up the road. They are getting a truck everyday. She has been getting extra hours to cashier while the shift people re- stock. TP restricted to 12 rolls per customer.

I have had a pain in my neck and shoulders and my left arm for several days now. Uncomfortable and makes sleeping hard.

Rain continues.

The last time I saw gasoline in Florida under $2.00 per gallon was in November of 2018.

We went to two of the major supermarket chains (Publix and Winn Dixie). Things appeared to be relatively normal and we found everything we needed to buy.

The pools and workout centers in our Condo community are closed thru March 31st. Our church had a reasonable attendance at the 10:00 AM service and way down at the noon service.
You need to learn to like all the little everday things like a sip of good whiskey, a soft bed, a glass of buttermilk,  and a feisty old gentleman like myself
