I saw the message about delays, I was just trying to check the details.
I haven't picked up a Rossi 92 yet, so theres no rush for the parts to fix the wonky safety.

Can't buy them locally because I have yet to find a gun shop in Orange county California that stocks anything Rossi.
(Oh how I miss B&B gun sales in Westminster...)

I just checked https://stevesgunz.com and everything is fine on this end. This is on a Windows 11 laptop with McAfee security. Note that on the "Store" tab, the following message appears:

"Steve is currently experiencing some health issues.

He may have gotten hacked and not be aware of it.

Since you know him, you may want to let him know.

In case it just my anti virus being overachieving, I'd like to ask if someone here would like to look up the site to confirm or deny similar results.

WPG also has the blue jumper uniform as well, but for what you want to do I think you'ld be better off with the whites.  Easier to take care of, and you'll be glad of the cotton in a Nebraska summer.

You will see where 3f 777 is not recommended for cartridges This is because a full case of 3f  in the 45 Colt will exceed SAMMI spec for that cartridge. Then again so will a case of 3f OE or Swiss.  I like using such powders in cases like the 38s, 44 Russian, 45 CS etc.

Oopsies.  I neglected your original question.  I honestly don't know.  Whenever I worked on '92s I simply worked on the OEM parts.  I never tried swapping between manufacturers.  I will say, to most outward appearances, everybody copies the original '92 fairly closely.  It doesn't take much for something to NOT FIT however.

Steve at Stevesgunz would be a much better source.  If he doesn't know, nobody does.

There is a much more elegant and cheaper solution.  Contact Nate Kiowa Jones (Steve Young) at Stevesgunz.  He offers a nifty little kit that eliminates that stupid safety.  The only remnant of the safety is Steve's little "button" plug which disappears at 6 feet.

While you're at it, buy Steve's DVD for tuning up the Rossi and his Spring Kit.  You won't believe the difference it will make in the gun.

No, I don't receive promotional considerations, remunerations, or even acknowledgement from Stevesgungz.  Steve is just a fellow gunsmith whom I recommend.

So, with Black Powder you're gonna get fouling to some extent regardless.  Black Powder fouling is cumulative.  Builds up a little every shot.  Doesn't matter what cartridge you use.  It does matter the "quality" of yer powder.  The other prime consideration is to keep the fouling soft.  Hence, we like lotza lube.

Cartridges:  45 Colt and other straight wall cartridges will foul the chamber and in many cases the action from "Blow-By" of gun gasses.  Icky Foo, unless precautions are taken.  Blow-By can be eliminated by annealing cases.  You can also eliminate blow-by in 45 Colt by fire forming 44-40 cases to 45s.  Unfortunately, there is no other case choice for the other straight wall cases.  Anneal them.

Annealed cases will not affect the fouling lift in the bore.  Only keeps the chamber and the action components clean, free running and sanitary.

Last Choice.  Switch.  Switch to APP.  APP requires no lube and the bore fouling is not cumulative.  Each shot cleans out the previous.  APP can and will foul the chamber and action though, if enough Blow-By is present.  Annealing and or 44-40 fire form'd will probably be required.
