Have not used my Dutch oven yet, and would like to try some sort of chicken dish. Del, anybody -- got a semi-foolproof way to cook chicken this way?

Roasting is a good way, put the chicken in, put a little water in and put a few coals on bottom and a lot on top.
Any chicken recipe you can cook in an oven at home will work in a dutch oven.

Here's another one we do. Inexpensive and will feed a crowd.

Try this also.
One can buy the noodles if you want, but I find making them adds to the show and often that's what I'm doing besides feeding folks is putting on a show.

Try running 15 ovens at once, it will drive you crazy.
