Good morning thanks for the coffee...I made toast ...thinking BLT sandwich for noon

We had a Black on black stabbing of a 9 year old girl , the girl will recover .. (1st. report said 6 year old girl)
the purp was apprehended then shot while while struggling free and ran , he died...
Now ! ...family says he was the wrong suspect ....  ::)   and raising hell !

No riots but there were heated gatherings in front of the Police Dept. demanding justice.
It has died off some , as the Girl pointed out Hodge was the guy . There is still agitation going on locally over it though.

Edit:
The man killed, 21-year-old Jah’Sean Hodge, has been described by the victim’s family as the child’s uncle.
The victim's mother provided this statement in a press release sent out by the St. Cloud Police Department: "We finally got answers and I have a lot to accept, but I just want to say the St. Cloud Police Department did their job. Let's just not make this any worse than it is," she said.

I'm alive, been doing some stuff, just didn't check in here,  just read and ran.   Got a project going, got so much stuff I need to have, nitro pills, blood meter and mask, I need a so called man purse.  Looked at ones "guys" are carrying and, nope, nope and nope.  Making a haversack out of hickory stripe pillow ticking and then I won't have to hide it at events.  Gonna make pockets for cell phone, charger battery thing and charger for 110, list of meds and what ever else I need.

Afternoon all.

Not as warm today. Only 85 so far.

Last night I took my girl out for a little overnight camping trip on an old dirt road. We just slept in the back of the truck, but it was fun. Right around dark, I managed to sneak a little clamshell box out of its hiding place, and give it to her. She said yes.

Coffee and tea are ready.

Thanks for the Coffee, Slim.

Rinse and repeat- don’t be afraid to use the water.  Unlike Florida we are plenty wet now.

Another night not sleeping well. Been like this rainy weather more frequently than not.

Same here-wore the molded hard arches for several years, but now keeping it in check with "semi custom" Dr Scholls inserts worn most of the time. Oh, and then there were some cortisone injections into my heel at the beginning of the treatment...definitely not a fun place for jabbing needles.

Tried several times and couldn't get in here, brother went by ambulance to ER today with chest pains but turned out not to be heart, likely gallbladder.

Tuna on sourdough rye, made with 100% rye flour and long ferment, took 2 1/2 days, a bit heavy and dense, but very moist and the flavor is out of this world.
