1866 Winchester. How do I slick it up?
« on: February 10, 2008, 10:31:46 AM »
My new '66 has an awfully stiff lever, what do I do to make it work easier?
Any help appreciated.

Howdy Wes,
Lighter springs are available, or you could thin the springs, or you could send it for an action job, or you could try this:

Good luck,
