Time to reminder

I know this is a weekend we enjoy the coming of summer. I got up thinking of two uncles who lost their life in service of their country, a classmate, and two friends who were lost their lives in a plan crash while we were stationed in the Aleutians. There is sacrifice in our freedom   Thanks to those that serve.

Amen, Dan!  All of their sacrifices should be remembered and honored.

A great uncle of mine in the AEF died while serving in France in the Great War.  Luckily my Maternal Grandfather, also AEF, survived that one and my Father in the Army Air Force in WWII.
