It's the same handgun you used in a GAF main match. This is a sidematch at the Muster.

It's basically one of the stages, in place of the paper targets we've used in the past.  This is much easier to score, adds some spectator appeal, and saves a lot of walking up and down the hill to the targets since it resets from the firing line.

Exactly, SAA are slow to re-load, I'd practice A LOT before using them in competition.  Fortunately, I have a Schofield that is very fast to unload and fast enough to load.  Unfortunately, the other guy in Hand gunner was Bat Masterson shooting a Broomhandle Mauser, plus I think he used quite fewer shots.

Based on earlier Expansion Era matches, they're ok on Friday (Expansion Era), but not Saturday (Victorian Era).

An 1896 weapon should be appropriate for the main (Victorian Era) match.
