I have one of the Mod. 35's too , marked 1944-4UT

After occupation through the Germans and Mussolini 1943, Beretta began immediately to deliver weapons for the new armies. Also a lot of Beretta 1935 for the German Wehrmacht. The theory says, that almost all models with the "4/UT" proof mark were delivered to the Germans. I have the capture paper, it was surrendered at the Ruhr Pocket.

Well, the Triple K mag for the Savage showed up. Marked 1917 but fit perfectly in my 1907 and feeds perfectly. Very pleased overall.

Simon Templer aka, Bond James Bond, was brandishing one around on The Saint yesterday evening.  I’ve always thought the Beretta ‘34 was good looking but never bought one. Nice pistol.

Robert S. Tuck in "Fly for your life" that he retrieved a Beretta 1934 from the dead pilot of a Dornier bomber he shot down during the Battle of Britain. Always though they were a stylish little gun.

The only M1934/35 I've ever owned was made of plastic, I was 12 or 13 at the time.  Always loved the way it looked but when I had a chance to buy my first real one, saw it in a used rack at a gun shop in the late 70's I passed.  It caught my eye immediately as it was my favorite toy gun.  I was so disappointed to learn it it's in was chambered in 7.65 I passed on it for $125.  If I could find one at a decent price now I would probably still buy it for nostalgia sake but every one is so proud of them these days.

The Model 35  is 7.65  (32ACP) ,  the Mod. 34 is 9MM Kurtz (380)

The 32ACP Mod. 35 is sweet and flat little shooter ...the .380  Mod. 34 not so much

Mine is the Mod 35  and it will shoot on target , My Friend has a Italian capture Mod. 34 that is quite snappy and not very accurate ( both were shot @ 7 yards )

At that distance all 8 round of 32 ACP were on paper ,  with the .380 just 3 rounds  ( 7 yd. Comparison test was rapid fire )

The difference between the .32 and .380 is common in so many inter-war guns, PPK, HSc and others.

The European 7.65 Police is loaded some hotter than the more domestic 32 ACP we have available to us.
.32 ACP and 7.65 mm Browning cartridges are dimensionally identical, some early European ammunition was loaded to slightly higher pressures.

I don't have ballistic numbers , but I'd guess they are posted somewhere on the WWW.

Not really new; but I pulled this one out of the safe the other day and I was trying to figure out a venue for shooting it.  Zoot Shooters might be the place.

It's a S&W Regulation Police (I frame) in .38 S&W.

Yep, J Dawg only uses S&W revolvers (or replicas thereof) when he shoots Zoot The only 2 that aren't K frames are his Uberti Schofield and a Canadian military 455 hand ejector that was converted to use 45 LC

Looks like your I frame would fit in real nicely
