Is there a minimum # of posts before you can post pictures?

Hi,

I have read the user agreement and the FAQ threads but did not see an answer. I was trying to post a picture of sn Ideal No 1 32l tool and it wouldnot work. Another member suggested that it may be due to my low post count but I do not see the target number if that is so.

Hi Ron, posting a picture has nothing to do with a low post count. What will count is how big is the picture (how many pixels or kB) and is it jepg; GIF, PNG or windows BMP.Try it and if it not work, make the picture smaller. Good Luck. S.J.

Thans, no idea why it would not work as it would not ket me even get to select a picture. System probably just gaving a bad day...

Hello MrWolf. Did you click on( Additional Options) after you do this you will see (Attach) then to the right of that (Browse) click on Browse, that should bring you to your photos on your PC to select a photo. I have to size down all of my pics before selecting them for this site. Or they will be to big. Hope this may help you . ,,,DT

I had the same trouble.  Took the pictures with my Nikon D3100 and the file was way too big.  Uploaded the pictures to Photobucket, reduced the size, and did a little cropping, then downloaded to my computer file, then uploaded to the classified.  Might be an easier way, but it worked for me and my limited computer ability.
