note to read as folows<   All Village employees, the only reason to be absent from werk today is death. Your own, and it will not be a paid day of course. Their are no paid holidays in litl' roosterville.............So git back to werk.

2nd order of business, Hire a Court Baliff.  Since Lucky Irish Tom is the only one to apply, he'll have to do.
3rd order, Mayor's court...Baliff please call the first case.

  2nd Item, return to office count out collected fines and court cost, divie between Baliff and the Mayor.Court cost to the Village ( both are me)
  3rd Item give out additional werk assignments
  4th Go home early

Okay Mayor Rooster, tha first case iz one I got outta that truck what was illegally parked outside tha Hooters.  I know because I put the "No Parking" sign up right after he got there.  He has the choice of paying the $1,000 fine or taking it to trial and risk getting the Death Penalty!

After Irish Tom has set up 144 No Parkin' signs around the litl rooserville Hooters, the place is empty and even the employee's ain't there.  No place to park.

Except Trinity.  He doesn't drive, he rides a horse.    ...Well, he rides in a travois attached to a horse.

When Trinity goes to the door of the Hooters, there is a sign on the door,


CLOSED DUE TO NO PARKIN' SIGNS

Being a highly valued employee himself of the litl roosterville Hooters, he removes the sign as well as 143 of the parking signs and opens the doors.  Within minutes, all of the employees and patrons who had been circling the block, looking for a parking space enter the building.  Soon business is booming, the cash register is ringing, the girls are bending over and not dipping and litl rooster is sitting back, smoking a six inch fifty ring ceeeegar with a big smile on his face.

Delmonico comes in,sees litl rooster smokin' the seegar and takes it away from him, "stop that, it will stunt yer growth."

 In the latter evening hours a special meetin' is held at the Village Hall, the Mayor presides, witnessed by is assistant.  1st order of business Fire the drunk'n Irisih Baliff, all in favore>>>>  both reply with ayes.
               2nd order of business evict the Gumeshoe in the back room of the fine eating establisment also known as litl' roosterville Hooter's. All in favore>>both reply aye

               3rd order of business  Have roadman remove and destroy all No parking Signs in Village and place one sign in front of Hooter's with reserved for what ever the Mayor is driving sign  May the records show>  No voted needed < for this Item
               4th Item of business give assistant a raise  All in favore.......both reply with aye
      Meeting adjourned



Makes note to hire new Baliff- Build a Jail and hire a Deputy.............Lites another Ceegar
