If you haven't already seen this thread  http://www.cascity.com/forumhall/index.php/topic,7131.10.html  you may want to click on this link, and see what it has to offer about the Evans, and send a PM to Happy Trails, as he may be able to help you with your "parts" search.  He is our resident SSS expert on the Evans.

Do you own an Evans?  Would love to see photos, if you do own one.  Please.

Yep, Happy Trails is the man.  I got a new mainspring from him.  The wood is a little harder to find.
