I have a full-stocked custom made Hawken percussion gun with th prettiest green apple finish. I push a .535 grain patched ball with 110 grains of FF when I want to go the distance. It fires like a champ and wont fail you in popping shovel heads at 200+ yards. Real beefy octagonal barrel adds the weight but eats the recoil. Mine is about 14-15 lbs. It carries easy on the saddle and I just had to get used to it when taking long walks.

Guns don't kill people; fathers with pretty daughters do.
