Please let me point out that I'm not a fast shooter by any means but these tips have helped to cut my times down and make shooting the SxS much more fun. I used to load em' one at a time.

Pettifogger:
All shotgun stages are fun at club monthly shoots and for side matches.  They suck at major matches and the match director will get a LOT of complaints.
