The Tejas Caballeros shoot west of Austin and run a stage that involves a minecart. After shooting a swinging target, the shooter mounts a three-sided minecart prop with the shotgun staged on the cart. The shooter may push the cart himself or ask for a push from the RO. Shotgun targets must be shot while the cart is in motion.
It is very cool.

My absolute favorite scenario in 18 years of CAS is "Tinker's Ore Cart" at Railroad Flat (High Sierra Shootout). A 12 volt starter motor pulls the cart along a track with the shooter in it, and you engage targets with pistol rifle, or shotgun (It depends upon the year. Every year it is slightly different). One year, "Rio Justice" (Bernie Melendez) forgot to load his pistols for the stage, and shot the quickest "BANG BANG" as he driy fired the empty revolvers you ever saw. Sadly Rio passed in an auto accident several years later. You are still missed, pard.
My second favorite was one i made up for the Mother Lode Shootist society in 1995 called "Shoot the mayor's chickens". The scenario reads that after a long trail drive, and too much "who hit John" you shoot the mayor's chickens (steel silhouettes borrowed from the steel shooters club). Then have to engage the enraged town folk who want to stretch your neck. We used several variations of it, including riding a barrel horse.

Oooops, also an honorable mention to "Flies on the Shade, also from Railroad Flat. Sitting in a bathtube after a long cattle drive, you take out your pistols and shoot 10 "Flies" (ketshup packs) on a shade (Rectagular piece of cardboard. Then take shotgun, and blow the stick hold the fly target out of the way so you can engage the rifle target beyond.
