I was just about to start an November thread. Hopefully in 3 days all the political BS will be over and we can get back to our regularly scheduled program.
Yes, the base is solid and shouldn't expand when fired, as long as you size them as far down the base as possible you should be fine. Just check them after sizing in the chamber of the gun you want to shoot them in.
I am resizing range 9mm Luger/Parabellum brass. I am finding some that have a slight "shoulder". Can you shoot 9mm Luger/Parabellum in a gun with a different chamber?
Slim
Were they shot in a Tec 9? A friend years ago had some that had been, actuall looked like a belt on them like a mag rifle round. They went in the scrap.I don't know what was used.
Oh, and just to get some arguments going, lunch is chili- with beans. My Mom made it that way, and her mom....
Heathen... ;D ;D
Wasn't going to bother, he knows so and is probably a pizza pineappler.

Morning all.
I have no idea what the weather is because I haven't had my morning coffee yet.
News story about our area receiving thirteen rescue dogs for adoption from kill shelters around the country. Trying to talk the wife into giving one a home. She's not going for it. Says we've finally got the freedom now to travel without having to plan room and board for a pet.
My counter argument is no-one is traveling anywhere now anyways.
To be continued . . .
Aaaaaaand
when might that be?

I used to shudder when the "slick 'em up beyond safety" fellas would brag about how they had engineered a two lb. trigger pull on their revolver weighing almost three pounds.

Looks like early type, what is the headstamp? They are R-P, but they look like non-factory loads because of nonuniform seating depth.
Very early Hydra-Shok,Federal bought the patent and started developing them in the mid to late 80's.That could be it.
I have some that look like .38 wadcutters installed backwards but with the post.I'll have to dig them out and post a picture of them.

Working on a prop RPG rocket mockup, for my LGS friend , he just aquired a Russian RPG Launcher
The mock-up will be like the first on in the drawing
I would ask how he acquired an RPG launcher, but its Florida.

DeActivated single use RPG launchers are treated no differently than plumbing pipe.
They just scare some folks when they see them on the back seat of a car....
Morning all. Happy thanksgiving.
Food is in the early stages of preparation, though this year we are skipping the green bean casserole, in honor of our resident grumpy cosie.
I did something last night and was surprised by the result. I baked a pumpkin pie, and I put the pie pan in my cast iron skillet with the hope of catching any drips if the pie overflowed. Pie never overflowed, but the pan did some sort of culinary magic and made the crust come out perfectly browned without having to egg wash or cover with foil. I am confused, but not at all upset.

Green bean casserole is being made. ::)
Slim
Having cream corn made with cream cheese, that is good. That sounds real good.
and Fried Green Tomatoes ( they are to kill for ! )
I've come to the conclusion you can bread and fry up just about anything and it'll get eaten.
(Perhaps out of pity . . . after all, they did go to all that trouble preparing it, - might as well be polite.)
Fine ...more for me ;D
Did you know that cooking your kale leaves in coconut oil makes it easier to scrape into the trash? ::)Horses like to spit it out if you don't hold their muzzle up. ::)
Morning all.
Today’s regimen has thus far included deworming a horse, frying eggs, and pulling a small car out of the snow with a 2wd backhoe. I am not qualified to operate a backhoe, but I didn’t break anything, so I’m counting it as a success.
