Marshal Halloway:
We want to do better and from this week, CasCity has added another service for our citizens.

We can now offer live online support and a helpdesk to improve our services. As a fellow cowboy & western action shooter you deserve a fast draw help when needed. We answer over 150 emails every day from all over the world about the sport and the services on our site. It will be more efficent for all parties if we can give live support when we are online.

You will see when we are online. If not or we are busy helping other users and customers, you will be offered the option of sending a help ticket.

So, if you have trouble logging in, posting, or whatever we can help you with, we are here to give you a hand.

You will find this support system at the Marshal's Office.
