The Air Force doesn't have Drill instructors, They're called Technical Instructors. The only thing I had to explain was what a female friend wrote on the back of the letter meant. ;D ;D

Same here, but not till afternoon, got a Dr appointment this morning, get to meet my new GP, long story but as soon as I get a new one they move on and that tells me there is a problem in the practice.

Moving to a whole new place in the same practice my daughter uses, told the lady at the rehab hospital what I wanted and she suggested the one she uses.  Not blaming mine for the heart mess, been unhappy for a while and not happy about some other stuff.

Nuther day, not much to do, they won't let me. ::)

Was the one awake and let the dog out, he was outside Lexi's door trying to wake her up, guess that is the first time I let him out in almost 4 weeks.  I'm cleared for it Occupational Therapy lady cleared me for the 4 steps.

Not sure the warden's plan for today.

We are going on an adventure, taking Rita to have lunch with craft friends,  I'm  going go see mom and were going to some stores.  Probably ride the mart cart and if I decide not to go in I'm taking the tablet for entertainment.

We're back, went on an adventure, dropped Rita off at church at her crap (craft) thing, she took her knitting.  Lexie, the Warden and me went to my mom's for an hour or so and then did some shopping, stayed in the car at Dollar Tree, went in Petco and bought Riley a new collar, walked it, no mart cart.

Went to Hy Vee and got some groceries, walked it also, went in with Lexie at the church and got Rita.

Came home, the warden dug in the refrigerator and got some taco meat out and heated it and I had some tacos.  Took pain meds because it was time both as far as schedule and pain level.  Had no shortness of breath at a slow old man pace, will work on picking that up.

BP when I got up at 8 was 105 over 59, and 63 for rate.  Made it from about midnight to almost 8 with out waking up, kept liquid to 1 1/2 -liter yesterday with1-2 being ideal so didnt need the plumbing check.  Dried and fresh fruit are keeping things ok, pain meds can raise heck with that also.

Laying down, may nap in a bit, pretty happy with with what I did, start cardio in a week or so I think, warden has the schedule, I just get dressed and go when told.🙄

The warden is running some more errands, will be back in about an hour and hget Lexie and drop her off at a movie, then she's staying on that side of town an doing some stuff at her house and visit her kitties, then both will be back after the movie, so Rita and I will have about 4 hours to ourselves not that we will do anything.😇

Guess that is a good update, Little Brown Dog was glad to see us, first time he's been left by himself in a little over a month, not saying he's spoiled, but he cried a bit when we got home.

You know you are growing old when younger people always open doors for and call you Sir and you check your shirt for food on it before you go out. This coming June the big 80
You need to learn to like all the little everday things like a sip of good whiskey, a soft bed, a glass of buttermilk,  and a feisty old gentleman like myself
