I am looking to buy an Arminius Made in Germany Pistol Imported by FIE. Can anybody give me any lowdown on this gun? It's chambered in .357, looks pretty good, and has case hardened frame. I'll buy it if somebody says GO ! Arkansas Bill

Got one. Heavy but seems well made. Mine has hair trigger. Standard Colt action. No safety. Load with five. Would not pay more than $175. Mine shoots well.

The Arminius was, I believe, larger than a standard Colt, but was well made. I have no idea how well it would hold up to CAS shooting.

I had one of the gold plated ones in .44 Magnum that I bought back when Ronald Reagan was still president. It shot better with full .44 mag loads than my Ruger super blackhawk!! It has held up pretty good in fact.
I sold it a few years ago to my friend who is just overjoyed with it.
