H.O.W. Color Guard???

Gentlemen:

I have the honor to inquire as to who is planning on attending the Hell On Wheels shoot in Cheyenne this July?  Will we have enough for a color guard?  I know several have said they are not going to go.

My understanding was that Wretched Excess was co-ordinating the effort this year, but have heard nothing.  Does anyone have his e-mail address?
