Speaking of weather  ::)  here we go again Tropical Storm Dorian ( soon to Hurricane Dorian ) presently has Florida in its sights .
Hopefully it will stay off shore or if it does hit the coast will be diminished to a TS or rain event .

Cant take a chance though, stocking up on Bottled water , and other a sundries.
Not milk, bread and eggs for French toast?  ;D

Do what you need to do, never dealt with one of those and  not likey to.

Went to Dr today, hip is better, got more drugs and got PT  scheduled for Tuesday.

Kinda on a do things one day rest the next, rest day is today, Riley likes that.

Will do some today, cooked a ham the other day,  sealed and froze the left over big chunks, boiled bone and scraps yesterday, making pease porridge today to eat and freeze.

Split pea and ham for you who don't know Old English.😉

Might be a good lunch next year at the Muster.

I'll overnight ship a kite to you, if you need one.

Currently 62 in Billings. That fire jumped to 2000 acres, with homes threatened. 0% containment. It's still on the outskirts of town, so I'm not in any danger here yet. But I poured some extra gas in the cars, and have important documents stacked and ready to grab should the need arise.

something to consider...A Hurricane is a tropical cyclone ....WE at least get several days to prepare ( some don't but that is on them, can fix stupid )

a Tornado is also a cyclone , and maybe only minutes to duck & seek cover .....

regardless in either case someone is going to lose a mobile home !

2.6 miles wide is the record width for a tornado though.

The big one south of us is 2004 was 2.5 miles wide and was on the ground 90 some minutes and traveled 55 miles
