I have a photo going to TwoFlints of the receiver showing the enlarged lever pin hole for him to modify for posting. I will be taking it to my local gunsmith buddy to have him weld it up, drill it and mill out the recess. Hopefully, he can get to it before the barrel gets lined.

Nice photo:

Watch out on the threads.

They may be "old style", as Larry Romano once described them. Be sure that the newly cut ones in receiver match those on the screw.  I will try to confirm them with Larry, but it could take a couple weeks to get an answer.

Alternatively, maybe "Blair" here knows.

Thanks Kevin
The right "ear" is okay and the threads are intact. I do believe they are not standard current thread counts.
My gunsmith say he'll weld up the hole, then drill an new hole aligned with the right side and then mill out the recess for the screw head.
I sure appreciate the great feedback. I'll post a picture when I get the receiver back so you can see the fix. We might salvage this thing yet!

Greetings
I just received the lined barrel from Bob Hoyt. It is a beautiful job and I highly recommend him. Well worth the wait and very affordable.
I still don't have the receiver back yet, but I expect it to be ready soon.
