Taylor's sights....

Howdo all :),
Who out there has shot their Taylor's in pistol caliber, my interest is .45 S&W, beyond 100 yards? 
I am wondering how is the sight graduated?  I have shot out to 100 yards with the ladder sight "down", basically using the "close combat" sight, as I would at CAS distances, but what happened when you try to reach further?...I haven't had the chance yet and wouldn't know where to start.
