56 50 is doing REAL Fine.

Well got the bullet and load sorted out. One must work the lever QUICKLY. and it works fine. The new Main springs I received look very stout and well made. HAve thinned it down to 6 LB trigger, at 50 yds will shoot a fist size off hand with 7 rds. Need to try from a bench. The DW mold bullets shoot better that the ones I have from Bufflo tighter group and more POA. about 36 gr of 2f is good..LOVE THIS RIFLE   LOCO

Hi Loco,

As the old saying goes, "he who hesitates ever-so-slightly ends up with a jammed Spencer". A quick and crisp movement of the lever avoids such jamming problems, I too, have discovered.
