Title: Sling Swivels
Post by: Lord Eoin MacKenzie on May 19, 2020, 04:22:56 AM
I need to sling the rifle, because one hand is for my cane, and the other to carry everything else either in a musset bag, or carpet bag.  No room in the apartment for a gun cart (non SASS shooting).   Since I am GAF,  and a Vet.  I like period style fittings for my kit.

Me, I'd inlet the Henry butt swivel, then use the Brasstacker clamp on tube swivel and run a plain one inch leather sling.

Drydock,  when I pick up the rifle  20 inch barrel, tomorrow Am.   I'll measure the mag tube for a clamp on band.  Numrich has all sorts sizes.
I like your idea.  Thanks and Anchors Away. 1972-1979

I might have a mag tube sling swivel that you can have.  Let me check on it.
